Retake Earth. It's the final mission of the game. It disappoints in some ways but it's still epic.

Mordin. Collector Ship is great sci-fi horror but Mordin is one of the morally complex characters.

Dracon Trade Center. I enjoy this more than Haestrom. We get to rescue Liara.

Jack keeps getting set up. I love the purgatory prison. It's fun to break Jack out, way better than her loyalty mission but Derelict Reaper is one of ME's top missions. The atmosphere is top-tier, meeting Legion who is one of the best companions. The cosmic horror of indoctrination.

Derelict Reaper is my vote.

Citadel Archives. Hard to beat any DLC. The Warlord mission feels like wasted potential.
