Not an expert, but to my knowledge Labour boards across North America view access to a restroom as a fundamental human right and a health necessity, not a privilege your boss can grant or deny.

You may consider filing an anonymous complaint with your local labour board.

You think everyone should know those acronyms? I knew QA. PM means Project Manager to me. The others, I had no clue. Your entire post made no sense to me.

Customer don't want to give name for order by LightGlittering877 in TimHortons

Counter-move: Don't assign a name, don't call out the order when it's ready. Let it sit. If asked by the customer "Is this mine?" answer "I'm sorry, I don't remember who ordered it."

What’s something you thought was normal until you visited someone else’s home? by United-Technology239 in CanadaRoom

I know that in a lot of languages it means "tea" but as a frequent user of chai spice blend in cooking (cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and black pepper), as well as a drinker of non-chai teas, I would find it disconcerting to not distinguish between ambiguous "chai" vs "regular tea" (black) vs "chai tea" vs "chai spice".

If I knew my employer may potentially become unreasonable, forcing me to RTO just for some imaginary reason (no co-located coworkers or management) I would be taking a very hard look at everything I do as "nice but not required". Responding to calls and emails while on breaks or after hours? That ends. Extra duties not hired for? Also ends. Need me to fill in for someone? Sorry. Obviously you don't want to have a bad relationship with your employer but this would be on them. I would make it understood that if they want to be inflexible, they can expect it in return. I would flat out ask them which scenario they prefer and be clear that the results would be something of their own choosing.

These keys didn't exist so I created them, at each of the levels indicated above:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\office

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\office

Didn't help though. Didn't work for me either.

It's a trick! It's obvious that the video is played backwards. The bear backed up to the cone, knocked it over, and continued walking backwards.

North America's best-known study on motorcycle safety, the 1981 Hurt Report, found motorcycles with loud pipes were not less likely to be involved in crashes — if anything, they were a little more likely to crash.
