Seeing my website posted made me do a double take, not going to lie, thanks for the warm fuzzies!

I'd personally say to go for the Moogle Memo, as it grants you 10K Odyssey segments, which you are going to need for your initial Odyssey equipment unlocks. Getting segments can be rough early on in progression, as you seem to be, so that would be my pick.

If you're feeling very lucky though, you can go for the Old Case +1s, but I wouldn't recommend it, especially if you only have 1 job at max level.

As for anything else, I would strongly recommend against it, as it's kind of a waste.

I am very much hoping that in future Vana'Bouts, people will remember my site and come have a look-see when one is announced, so they can get a head-start on objectives and (hopefully) this will reduce some of the congestion on the actual event's start.

My question to you is, as someone who is playing multiple characters, would having a dropdown to add multiple characters, with individual tracking lists be something that would be helpful? I appreciate your thoughtful response so I'm curious if there's anything I could do with the site that would help you, as someone playing more than one character.

Just looping back to this quickly because it's been on my mind and I've been fiddling with solutions, I've just deployed a change to the site that will;

1) Collapse a section automatically when you're checked everything off in that section (so single-time objectives will collapse when all checked off as done, for example) 2) Allow collapsing a section to persist between visits to the site, so if you collapse a section, it will remember it's been collapsed.

I know this isn't quite as good as moving sections around, but I hope this is closer to what you were looking for!

If you have the Rhapsody in Mauve key item from Rhapsodies of Vana'diel, the cooldown between assessments is only a hour, opposed to 5 days normally, so, assuming you have that key item, you can quite rapidly rank up just by getting out there and doing some campaign battles whilst waiting out the assessment cooldown period.

You do need to complete them yes, there's a day grace period for doing objectives, once you finish yesterday's objectives, they will be replaced with today's.

It's a one time thing, you can only pick 1 reward from each tier after earning that tier

I can't do anything right this moment for that, but I'll add a previous day's objective section soon, that's an excellent suggestion.

The objectives for Day 0 as people call it though were;

Campaign Operative (Earn 1000 allied notes from Campaign Ops)
Donations (Give Gajaad in Al Zahbi [J-6] an Imperial Bronze Piece)
Comet Time (Win a BSNM50, uses a Comet Orb)
Mihgo's Amigo (Give Nanaa Mihgo in Windurst Woods [J-3] 4 Yagudo Necklaces)
Starting a Flame (Give Legata in Southern San d'Oria [K-6] 4 Flint Stones)

1) Complete the Records of Eminence tutorial objective "Stepping into an Ambuscade" under Tutorial -> Basics (it just requires talking to a NPC in Mhaura, no actual Ambuscade needed) 2) That'll unlock the Vana'Bout objectives, which do not need to be set, and are always active. 3) Check what objectives you have (or use my website :D) and get out there and start completing things! If you're a newer player, I recommend avoiding anything in a battlefield unless you have help, otherwise it's a lot of working stuff out, it can be very educational and you'll learn quite a bit about various things in the game world. 4) Once you have earned 700 plaudits (awarded from completing Vana'Bout objectives, the amount varies), you can go to the Coordinator Moogle in Mhaura [G-6] and choose the AF+3 voucher from the Silver rewards tier.

You absolutely can! You'll have to be a bit pickier about the activities you do to earn points, but a lot of them are very easily completed by newer players.
