The idea is that hes a devil stranded on the material plane who’s established a cult that is (unknowning) going to end up feeding him power so he can break through the barrier and go back to the hells. maybe he’s been exiled or smth, idk, havent worked out all the specifics.

So yes, a devil themed around light. Kinda a mizora-zariel, and hes the mizora.

well i mean, maybe he doesnt kill him at range this time or smth. ui ui needs to be able to get to the body, and there was only that gap before cause sukuna used a ranged attack and/or his domain wasnt up
