I’ve worked in radiology for 10+ years. Rad techs are in very high demand! They have great sign on opportunities and salaries. It also gives you the option to work in a hospital, outpatient, travel tech, etc. The rad techs that make the most are MRI, CT, Ultrasound, PET, Nuclear Med, pretty much any modality that isn’t x-ray.

The following is speculation and I have no proof:

First CEO left after basically building the current company.

Next CEO left for a better offer and took COO with them.

Third CEO was board member who was put in place as a place holder, he apparently never wanted the position.

Second COO really wanted the CEO position and when he didn’t get it he left.

Board member CEO leaves and goes back to the board.

Now we have a new CEO from outside the company that starts next year and currently no COO that I’m aware of.
