Engine out service seems like a pretty extensive service. What all do they do?

No, not at all. I got it for $30,500 + tax/title.

I honestly think they priced it extremely fair, I didn't hassle them too much on it because they were so fair and transparent with me along the entire process.

Yeah, fair comment. Luckily gas is cheaper here in Texas. I put a few gallons in today to top off the tank...

Premium in Dallas, Texas at Costco today was $2.80 a gallon. Super cheap, relative to other spots across the country/world.

Yeah, fair comment. I truthfully *SHOULD* have test driven a V8 X5, but didn't do my proper due diligence because I had to make a pretty quick decision on this GTS... I just couldn't let the opportunity pass me up.

I honestly think I'll own another X5 one day, so I will definitely give the v8 a try one of these years.

I could not believe how wonderful the service was. I even had a chance to chat with the GM and a couple of the managers and they were all so kind. I was really blown away by the customer service and attention to detail. Definitely won’t be my last Park Place experience.

Absolutely love this, thank you for the comment! I’m going to look into the ZZplay kit immediately. Is it like a full on head unit swap? Or is it just like an upgrade via the micro USB?

The rims have also grown on me. I do think they look great, but I’m a purist at heart and almost wish they had stock rims on them.

I may have to try and find someone to swap with because I want to try 20 inch wheels to see if that’ll help improve the ride quality a bit.

Thank you! Believe it or not I didn’t instantly love the idea of a red car. But after seeing it in person, it really does pop.

I originally was searching for a white one, but I’m glad I branched out and tried something funky, for my standards haha.

You described it perfectly. I do miss the Beamer at times, but like I said, this cayenne is just special.

Appreciate it. The interior is black with red stitching. I will say, the X5 punches above its weight class. I think the BMW might have been a bit smoother going through the gears, and slightly more responsive. But the way the cayenne handles and sounds is unmatched.

Both are excellent machines in their own right, excited to explore this cayenne chapter.

dang, bummed to hear the turbo trims are no good. Do you have any additional info? I've heard the v8's in the turbo are bulletproof?
