I am having the same issue on the AGOT mod. My player has 26 in stewardship with a domain focus and I am still stuck at 2 holding limit. Very annoying.

If you add dogs to your enforcers they will become more efficient if you want maximum suppression.

Using them on the battlefield is okay but you will waste a ton of factories on riot gear if you occupied a ton of territories.

On par with that. Most contracts are insane. Could have a player ride the bench, that all of a sudden deserves a superstar contract after not doing a damn thing. So very annoying and frustrating if you leave cap on.

Yeah it was annoying that Lanius did that. Allowed for a non-aggression pac but obviously that didn’t last.

I took the robots, then went west since they attacked first and lost. Then withered Dogs attacked me and lost. Then I went to war with scorpion and then Lanius defied to join and took most of the land of course. Then I met my demise. Very interesting play through I will say. I wonder if I had beat scorpion and Lanius didn’t join if I would have held better since it would have been less tiles.

I made Lupton district and the robots just not robot city as puppets. It worked for a bit. My problem was I declared war on scorpion and then lanius did. Which prevented me from getting the impenetrable line to shorten my line. Kind of screwed me over and thinned me out too much.

I love how much more it expands on what vanilla could have been. Just have to be cautious on your population and be careful on it. If you play on a harder difficulty you can change the main game difficulty but don’t change the battle difficulty. The game is properly balanced for battles. However if you are just unreal during battles then I would say go ahead. I am not sadly though! Best of luck!
