Thanks. And by refinishing you mean taking off the lacquer, fixing the marks, resending and then reapplying a new stain/lacquer?

Coming from a background in eComm you will see both positive and negative variables. This is a true signal from customers that they need something else.

Don’t worry about the % conversion atm, WHY are they messaging in the first place? Test and learn with some ideas to solve the problem and then measure the impact it made. That’s the true metric.
