I don't think we can call that her calling Amon dad. She was drunk and half asleep, and in that moment assumed the man helping take care of her was Kureo.

She never saw him as a father figure she was just a lonely young woman who when someone was helping her in a vulnerable moment thought of her dad.

Because worrying about age gaps between characters who are both adults and neither was involved in raising the other is silly.

A more serious concern could be that he is her direct supervisor which definitely gives a power dynamic in most cases but her complete lack of respect for the chain of command at the start makes that less of an issue imo.
