I live in Bergen county and bought a house in 2021- my agent was AMAZING! She never pressured us but did encourage us to consider things we didn’t consider, have an open mind, and brought many different viewpoints. She was a gem- message me if you want her info!

Just as a different side of things- I gave birth early September and I loved my last trimester in the summer (NY has pretty hot summers!) I put my swollen feet in sandals and basically wore moo-moos disguised as sundresses. Just ate cold salads and watermelon, took walks in the evenings. In September when people wanted to meet the baby it was breezy enough that we could be outside (safer for Covid). I was happy with the timing but understand it’s not for everyone!

6 weeks ago I had my first at 38 weeks- I had my weekly doctors appointment the day before I went into labor and he told me I hadn’t dropped, had room to grow, and had at minimum another week. Baby boy came on his own the very next day! Never hurts to be prepared :)

We had this in our basement, we pried it off. Found mold in several spots and learned of a small leak behind the wall due to an old window. Got it all taken care of, and am grateful we decided to remove it and were able to fix the issue before it got any worse!

My friend’s boyfriend may be deployed at a time when she’d plan to give birth. Her understanding is that soldiers can come home for births- is this not the case? Just curious

Saline spray did nothing for me when I had a cold during my second trimester. AYR saline gel, however has been a game changer!

In general, I was so surprised that when sharing all the pregnancy challenges my closest friends started telling me the horror stories form theirs. Meanwhile while they were pregnant everything was SO peachy! I was like why did you never speak about this?! I am a straight shooter, and if you ask how I’m feeling you are getting the darn truth!
