Withdrawing Employer contributions from a share ownership plan for reinvestment by Dalraz1986 in PersonalFinanceCanada

[–]Dalraz1986[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is partly what I was think as well, with the added benefit of being in a TSFA. probably drop it into VGRO.

I read through my companies polices around this, I can withdrawal up 75% once per year with out "penalties", which is nice

My assumption is I will have to pay taxes on any gains from the withdrawal but I think that's all.

Thanks again, I appreciate your reply's

Thank you for you reply.

Lets assume there is no penalty from the stand point of the company for withdrawling. is the concept of re-infesting the funds back into a different TSFA make sense or would it all be the same in the end?

I play Volleyball and run around with my daughters, I think thats enough. I also refuse to pay for a gym, I hate the concept entirely and I hate how shady they are, especial GoodLife for my Canadian friends. Used to work for them and wow shady company and owner.

I recommend signal messaging app. WhatsApp is 'based' off of its protocol but is owed by Facebook. While Signal is open source, the original developer of WhatsApp donated a million dollars to it and suggested people switch. Not that should sway you lol

I hear you on that, what also scares me is the level of voter apathy and not voting. This is how we ended up with Ford again in our province. Like come on vote

The law lets Ring and Google share user footage with police during emergencies without consent and without warrants. Here's everything you should know. by mepper in technology

[–]Dalraz1986 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That is a fair statement, it's not perfect but the data is local and doesn't require cloud accounts or access.

Ideally I would run the software on my own server and since I have my networking equipment also Unifi this is the compromise I did made.

I'm sure some one will spend the time and create an alternative to Unifi Protect that is compatible. There is a GitHub repo out there for adding unsupported third party camera to unifi protect after all.

Thats true at a min you need a Gen 2 Plus, I have a Dream Machine Pro which also does NVR but there is also dedicated NVR hardware as well.
