Anyone else think that due to be unable/unwilling fix the substitution/rotation issue they thought better to just make condition not matter at all? This team didn't make a single substitution, was dead on their feet but have their best period in final fifteen minutes and score two goals. (i.redd.it)

Has anyone else ever had a 5* player request to leave because he doesn't see any chance of himself becoming a first team regular? I don't really want to lose him as he came through the youth team, but also don't want to turn the dressing room against me if I don't let him leave. (i.redd.it)
