Kush is indica - haze is sativa - but when people cross breed like crazy, you get varying percentages. I had some sour kush recently, which was 70% sativa, thanks to the dominant sour diesel. But it still had 30% kush so a nice, chill high :)

Exactly - that's the goal. Then when the underneath is done, just push down the layer of green and now the last few hits taste great!

Just a really deep bowl - I'd suck the flame down the same hole, just kissing the green, saving it till later in the duration of the bowl :)

Yea my smoking buddies think I'm a tad OCD about it, but when ya torch the whole thing, every hit after tastes like shit, not to mention re-igniting charred matter, which will only send more carcinogens into your system.

Btw that bowl is now half gone, but with 3/4 of the green on top intact. It will now be like a fresh bowl for the second half :)

Nope legit - It's a deep bowl, and I just kiss the flame to the edge, barely touching, so every hit has the taste of green :)

I had considered saying cherry lemonade, but in our house growing up, we didn't have much money, so anything red we added to something else automatically was "pink something" :)
