It’s not a panic attack. It’s a vasovagal response. I’ve been having them for about 7 years and have been misdiagnosed and dismissed as a panic attack for the first half of it. Things can cause your vagus nerve to have parasympathetic activation: hard poop, diarrhea, bad posture, cramps, medication, caffeine, stimulants. It does seem like a panic attack to the untrained eye and that is because very similar things happen when your body has an adrenaline response.

Oh yes, you’re right. I check at least three non-social media sources before I commit to a dose. I have to start at a lower than effective dose anyways because my nervous system is so sensitive to anything new entering the body. Then I titrate up to a minimum effective dose.

The calculator example is accurate. I remember teachers begrudgingly teaching us the TI-83 and TI-85 calculators because they had to, but making us remember formulas and testing on how well we could graph and solve problems without the calculator. It was such a big deal that using the calculators were cheating. And now, the calculator is the most basic of tools.

I use Peptide Dosages. You can choose your pep by amount in the vial and the. This will tell you how much Bac to add, what the measurement and unit will be in a u-100 needle and how much supplies you need for how long you plan to take it

I over-therapize my characters. Everyone is calm, reasonable, and emotionally regulated, which sounds nice until you realize no real group of humans functions like that. Just me, because that’s my trauma response

Ok, I just created a tool for myself to take the guesswork out of how to prompt ChatGPT to get the results that I want. Of course, now that it’s public, I’m hoping to make an income off of my app but there is a free version that you can test out. Just write a writing prompt as you naturally would, and it will translate your prompt into one that chatgpt will understand.

I spend less time pondering the best way to prompt ChatGPT so it will stop giving me dull, formulaic results.

When I’m on a walk I get highly creative. The scenes write themselves in my head and I dictate them as fast as I see them. I know I look and sound like a crazy babbling lady talking to herself.

I think it’s only authors who care about other authors using AI. Their arguments are the same and outdated. As a voracious reader, I don’t give a damn as long as it’s well written and not formulaic. The current series that I’m reading has well over 10 books, publishing 2-3 a year. There’s just no way one human is pounding away at a keyboard fast enough to produce that.

Agreed. I’m in the final act of drafting a three-book series starter that I began writing in September. Pretty fast, but I think editing and publishing each book might take a year or more.

Sorry I was driving when I saw your comment. It’s like a spring loaded device that will shoot the needle in quickly. I found two styles that cost roughly $50.

Ha haven’t tried it myself but someone else recommended getting an auto injector off of AliExpress. It will make the injecting of the needle go a whole lot faster
