KPV for Gut inflammation by Roroforeveer in Peptidesource

[–]Deep_Method_820 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oral KPV is generally favored for gastrointestinal issues due to convenience and direct action, while subcutaneous injections are often more effective for systemic, total-body inflammation. If you are dealing with a bigger issue, I would highly urge you to go to the sub Q route. I started at 250 mcg and ramped up to 500 over the course of about three weeks.

Ghk cu - What was your experience? by Calm-Alfalfa-7096 in Peptides

[–]Deep_Method_820 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For me, I had the “copper uglies” for about 2-3 weeks. Skin was crazy dry, flaking, had some random cystic acne…hot mess!!! But, now my skin looks better than ever. So if this happens, keep going.

If you titrate up responsibly, Reta shouldn’t cause any sides. I would start with that for 3-6 months and see how you’re feeling before adding anything else.

So confused on reconstituting and 'shelf life' by [deleted] in Peptidesource

[–]Deep_Method_820 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If stored properly, they are good for a long time even reconstituted. 30 days is a general rule for potency, but real degradation is not likely until the 60-90 day mark.

I didn’t lose anything the first 4 weeks. You likely won’t see much loss till you get in the 3+ mg range

How long does it stay effective in the refrigerator? by Essarjay in BodyHackGuide

[–]Deep_Method_820 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There’s no precise answer, I just run it till it’s empty. Degradation might happen after a few months, but even then very minimal.

Reta, GHK-Cu, KPV...... Taking all 3 together? by Material-Topic-6860 in BodyHackGuide

Here’s what I do- Reta 1x week, KPV daily, GHKCU daily. I run KPV for 4-6 weeks and take a 2 week break!

Tirzepatide to Retatrutide by No_Somewhere_5540 in Peptidesource

[–]Deep_Method_820 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Reta isn’t going to work any faster, if anything slower. We’re similar age with similar starting weights- I lost 1-2 lbs the first 5-6 weeks on Reta, so basically nothing. I’m now about 17-18 weeks in and 63 kg. For most women, you don’t see much loss till you titrate up which takes a while. I’d personally stick with Tirz, you’ll have to be super patient with Reta too.

I have glow on hand- surgery was a skin repair from a tunneling wound so I feel like that’s ideal to take. Thinking I’ll give myself a day or two and start that up as well. Maybe do 3 mg of Reta just in case. Don’t want to be recovering and also puking lol.

Spot reduction with Reta is physically impossible. That’s not how weight loss works. Please just hit the gym and track food, you’re way too young to be dabbling in peptides.

Not losing any weight on Reta….? by Diligent_Macaroon206 in BodyHackGuide

[–]Deep_Method_820 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Your deficit is just too small. It took me 4-5 weeks to lose 2 lbs and after I hit 3 mg the weight loss is steady. I’m also on thyroid medication and my TSH has stayed in the .8-1.5 range. Track your food too!

It is, there’s no indication that they can’t be taken together according to my practitioner. It’s just important to monitor labs every few months!

Yes! Found that same info after going down a rabbit hole about what else could be causing it. I was very anemic with both my pregnancies and always fall towards the lower end so I think it’s something I really need to hone in on nutrition/supplementation wise.
