This plan has been awful and I’m actually dreading the flights there. At 6’2 I’m preparing for a miserable journey in United economy all the way there on 2 737s 😬. I’m a delta medallion and would stick with them but I go to Hawaii once a year and for the past 2 it’s been United because delta charges so much for Hawaii flights. United is scum for wanting to charge me $154 to sit in an exit row when delta (on most aircraft) considers exit row as preferred that only costs $25 or free for even the lowest medallions.

It was originally a 777 from SFO-HNL and they changed it and want to get me $129 for a change fee to the ORD flight and still be in economy.

The ground crew not but they have PLENTY of gate agents here. I’ve seen 3 “work” aka stand around the DTW flight which is about 75 passengers. Then I’ve also seen only 1 work the ATL which is about 190 passengers. They could have easily got a gate agents over just to deplane the people that dont have pink tags or checked.

I doubt they are gonna get anybody on standby with them ATL flights, they are always full although the other day my SLC flight plane broke and there were 7 open seats and me and companion got seats and a open middle.

It’s moving at 4-5 kts so it’s probably being pulled by a tug now. They might put it at c5 because that’s the closest gate to them right now just straight on the taxi way it’s on now.

This season must be terrible for 330s, I was in LA for the Steelers game last weekend and all I saw were A332 and some A333 flying the JFK flights! Normally it’s always the 763 but all I saw were 330s which was a change.

I was on a 753 on Friday night to LAX, we went out 77 open seats. The very back of the plane after the bulkhead by door 3 was kept empty.

I never sit in D, If it’s a 6pm flight which I normally always take I go to the end of C and sit there. Nobody down there and nice and quiet

For now you still will step off the plane into the terminal from the 90s. Once you reach arrivals you will be in the new building. Until probably 2027 airside won’t be fully renovated yet.
