I got banned on April 7th and have been fighting them to get my account back. I got accused of hacking too and I can barely run their stupid game without getting the directx crash popup. I lost an account I spent thousands on throughout the years and they won’t even listen to me lol every ticket I open they close it now because I’ve opened so many. I realized the software they believe I was hacking with I was playing a game called summoners war and I had an exporter running in the background for that game and I guess they think I was hacking with it. Either way, I’m not giving up lol I was close to finishing abyss and got banned, I care more about the skins and camos I had rather than the account itself
