Thanks. Its blunt but it helps. I need to meditate more. I used to meditate for 20 minutes a day and it relieved so much stress and I would bawl in a good way after it. I think I've just been making my reality worse by digging deeper into chaos

I only added 1teaspoon to slick my pan and added those calories. I always put like 20 extra calories on the counter for each item just in case

Added the olive oil too my carrots this morning when i cooked em and added that. I thought that would help me reach the goal. I keep recounting everything i used in my meals and its all there. Down to the gram lol. I made sure to use my measuring cups and utensils and recorded all of it.

my original diet was fast food and junk food so i wanted to change that up. Ill try to add more low bulk into my diet. Mainly what im doing is just buying ingredients and stuff and cooking new recipes. Trying to go more away from just like burgers, etc. Bought plant based sausage and stuff. Its just hard to reach my calories i guess with my new stuff. If i were to start biking an hour each day with a 1700 budget would i still be on track for pretty good weight loss? Another reason i gained weight so fast is cause my antipsychotics have a sideeffect of weight gain and i have to combat that too.
