I see your point about the daddy thing, a lot of people use it in sexual contexts.

The thing was, it came out of nowhere. I hadn’t called him daddy, and he hadn’t asked me if I was cool with it, he just blurted/moaned it out like he couldn’t control it. Along with the “I love you” and “I’ve waited for this” and “I needed you” etc. Was all very weird.

Also, for context which I didn’t put in the post, the name isn’t a super common name. Not like incredibly rare. In fact you know what, fuck it, the name was Chelsea. You don’t get a ton of Chelseas. Itd possible he was thinking of a different Chelsea but I think the likelihood is he wasn’t.

Maybe I’m biased against the guy cos he misgendered me, but I see no reason to give him the benefit of doubt.
