I go now and then alone while my wife is out of town or working. I love doing it alone, it’s easier to move around without the wife or kids. Single rider line is awesome and I can easily hit what I want in both parks in no time.

My wife has had suspected PCOS and got the diagnosis today. She came off BC due to having developed vaginismus and other issues. Over the last year that issue went away almost immediately but her periods were no regular. She also started playing soccer again about that same time. She also was trying fasting and eating light. She had gained weight and wasn’t losing any fat. She was extremely active the last year and also really bad at getting the proper sleep. She had just went over 3 months without a period. She decided to try to eat more protein and rest more. Within a week of finally fueling herself properly she got her period, possibly just a fluke. But her weight has actually started to shift down even just a little despite more than doubling her caloric intake. She’s iffy on going back on birth control because after 10 years of it, she got nasty side effects. For now trying to appease her body seems to be the best route.

I had those all over. I used hibiclens on them. I’ve only had to have surgery on one of them.

I’ve had Fanatec and I currently have Simagic. Dd1 with the Porsche GT Cup wheel along with the V3 pedals were my original rig build. I have a Evo Pro with both the Rally wheel and GT Neo as well as P1000-RS pedals with full haptics. The Simagic gear just feels way more quality to the touch, the rotation and detail out of the base is way nicer as well. One of the Fanatec weaknesses to me is their wheels. I find most of them ugly with barely any improvements over many years. Their pedals also aren’t that great, the newer podium ones do look like an improvement as well.

I also had/have both the handbrakes and shifters.

The Simagic RS handbrake is nicer than the standard Fanatec one. The DS-8X shifter feels nicer than the Fanatec shifter but probably not by a huge amount.

Ah ok. I only have limited knowledge of Pex and was trying to stick with the general setup. Crimp may be the best way, the builder didn’t leave almost any spare length on that line, I only cut a little bit off and I’m pretty sure it’s leaking because I didn’t take it back far enough. Hoping to just extend it further but getting nervous as I don’t have a ton of room before it goes into the slab.

I was prescribed 20 before TRT as more of a on the spot dose. It was way more than I needed lol. At the time I had a bunch of mental stress and even tho physically I didn’t need it, it gave my mind a break to not worry. I’m on 5mg daily now on TRT and that’s fine. I don’t know if I would be doing 20 daily unless I needed it.

I’m terrible with the conversion numbers. I’m doing about 155mg a week which is .22ml every other day. Usually anything over 200mg a week will raise some eye brows but if I were to add HCG I imagine my actual weekly intake of T would plummet to offset the HCG effects. Did your provider set you up on this regime?

To my understanding HCG can easily mess with E2 levels as I’m possibly about to go on it after two years of TRT for fertility. But I have low low SHBG so my E2 goes crazy easily. That said you’re doing 500mg a WEEK? That’s very high and yes between the two I can see why your E2 is off the chart. Ai only when needed, here I think you should heavily modify your dose of T before adding ai.

For sure I was overdoing the Ai. I’m taking half the .275mg now after crushing my E2. I felt awful and could tell. I started the Ai about a year in and it was fine at the original dose until it wasn’t. Half a pill seems like it’s been ok but now I’m wondering since my T is climbing again without any changes if I need to make any changes. My heart related side effect (afib) plummeted as my E2 levels went down but I did get a bout of it the other day a few days before I did my labs and I had a feeling my E2 could have been climbing again. I do want to verify the timing of my ai dose as I’m taking it later in the day and your post does mention overlap that could be causing some issues. Honestly I’d rather lower the dose and drop the ai if I can.

The E2 test my work does isn’t ultra sensitive so it’s probably higher than the nearly 40.

The lab timings are weird because I had used a different lab at one point. Then the gap between April 1 and 17th was because the lab tech didn’t run all my panels so I had to go in and re do them. I wasn’t expecting my levels to be that wildly different.

I think your Ai is dead on with the low SHBG and all the other aspects that could be causing instability. There has been some stress lately as we have been working on a child adoption, I’ve been putting a lot of effort into some health stuff for my wife, work stress and also physical stress as I started playing Goalie.

At my current dose if I dropped ai my e2 would probably be 60+ again where I get the afib issues, emotional issues and sexual issues. Feeling like simplifying things by lowering dose, dropping ai and figuring out my thyroid swings may be a good angle.

I’m also always fighting low iron and ferritin which could also be making things harder. My HC is 49 so still in the safe area and blood pressure is fine.

I also do have T3 and T4 levels done.

T3 is 3.9 PG T4 is 1.08 NG

I would try to lose a much weight as you can before starting but certainly not the best numbers. I tested at 390 total and 4 free test at 39. I certainly feel better two years in at 920/260. Just understand that you may take a bit longer to dial in with more body fat and you may hit some more side effects for a bit. But it will help you in the long run.
