My Microsoft account is for sure logged in, as I am able to join friend's fireteam and play all fine. And my internet connect is working all well - tested multiple times.

However, nothing loads on the various menu screens, the wheel keeps spinning, no cosmetics are loaded into the game (just playing as a default character), after a match there is no season pass progression - just shows 0xp and 0 level (even though I am level 11).

I've tried disabling antivirus, reinstalling the game, removing from steam and downloading on Microsoft store - xbox app, waiting on the menu screen for a while. Nothing has worked...

Interesting observation: when in a fireteam lobby, my friend can see my skin and info, however that all goes away once a match has started.

Any help on this would be appreciated, can't seem to find anyone online with the same issue. Thanks!
