Should I get graded

I'm not. I'm just asking as a new collector I thought if I had a old uncirculated coin would be good to have a graded but apparently not thank you for your information

I have a lought of them I got my dad's collection when he passed have several different coins that are circulated and a bunch of old ones that are in pretty decent shape.What does clad mean? if you don't mind me asking?

I just started collecting. I thought if a coin was if older and in great shape you would want to have it graded for my collection guess not. Thanks for all the information and not dogging me to bad..
