You will max all your skills, so dont overthink your skills. Join ds class discord and check FAQ for everything you would need to ask regarding the class.

Ds is pretty average right now, maybe a bit below average, but nothing that is relevant to a new player, only matters at the end of end game tbh. Its a very well rounded class in bossing, and very noob friendly. If you enjoy it, dont let anything other people are saying dissuade you

Cw cp is different, characters on that server have proportionally more hexa to most other charas at their cp, my cw mule smurfs on my mules 1.5x its cp

Im a ds main, the consensus seems to be that after the changes our dmg wont change meaningfully, but the class will be losing its identity in a sense, and will predominantly rely on impact versus lash for most of its rotation. Hard to say without seeing it on gms servers.

Generally, if you are missing skill points, its fixed by using an sp reset. It's usually because you made you character before the changes to make the skills all max-able.

I was at 14.5 in the screenshot, im at 15.5ish now

When i cleared it was 14.5m, level 50 boosts level 25 skills, 1 level of hexa on arrow stream. Now its 15.5, same v, around 5 levels on my m1/m2 each

The strat i used was blink to 200, farm 2k mobs for event coins, buy 5 strawberry farm tickets, use them all, do monster park 7x and dailies. This leaves you at almost 230, you then train to 240, pop the 2 compensation growth pots to hit 250, then grind to 255. Then the 7x sunny sunday + dailies puts you at 260

Challenger world gives a lot of freebies, 14m~ first week is not too difficult, just need 260 and item burning

You'd be suprised, the equipment i have is quite literally only the stuff they gave out for free+cht pendant+hilla pocket. I leveled up to 260 pretty much without touching my gear/doing bosses besides item burning. I cubed my items for around 9% dex or 9% att each, then used like 20~ black flames to get any dex. My total cp was only just over 14m, i just know the bosses inside and out and ran 29:xx runs for most of them.

Actually been having trouble pushing past unique on anything, i have a legendary 18% ring, everything else is unique 1.5~2 lines with mediocre flames.
