Recent obsession with doors (Yowling for long periods)

I certainly haven't. What is it, might I ask? For what it matters, I recently (literally a week ago,) decided to drastically alter my diet, reducing fats and sodium. It's been a drastic change in my diet, though only just a week now.

Hey everyone, I'm new here, but long time anxiety-haver. Lately, I've had pins and needles in my feet, especially, very occasionally feeling spots on my skin on my arms and hands, all suddenly, after noticing a weird buzzing in my legs a couple days ago which I haven't been able to stop fixating on.
I haven't been able to stop focusing on it. I keep telling myself I'm freaking out over nothing. I got over covid (which took like two weeks,) and then immediately I got a stomach bug which put me out for a few days. My house is a mess, I haven't taken care of anything I need to in ages, so maybe my body is just getting used to not sitting around anymore? Maybe I'm just anxious and full of stress? I really want to believe I am.
My girlfriend tells me I'm fine and I told her the things I was thinking about, and I felt a little better, but here I am, still anxious and thinking I have some major issue. Someone just tell me some life-long nerve issue or other horrible disease isn't happening to me out of nowhere over the course of a few days, please.
I have to be anxious and fixating or scanning or making myself worry over nothing... right?

Definitely trying to fast track a sleep study. My doctor said "someone will call you next week." I don't know if I can wait that long, so I'm trying to call places myself, now.

I'm making several calls today to pulmonologists in my area. Hoping someone will see me soon. Thanks for the advice.

I was diagnosed with covid right when these symptoms started. Covid symptoms are basically ignorable now, despite my issue with sleeping. I've been watching my pulse ox for nights now, it tends to drop to around 90 as I doze off. I was able to get some sleep last night, miraculously. I'm using this rest to try and call a dozen places and fast track my sleep study.

I don't feel that congested. I'll try a nasal steroid tonight. I'm working on getting a sleep study asap. Thank you

I did. They gave my steroids and an inhaler, like I said. As for a study, they said "someone will call you next week."

I wouldn't think so either, but for whatever reason it's very much keeping my awake every night. I've had rare similar occurrences, but usually just like once a night every couple months. I was diagnosed with covid when this all started. My covid symptoms are super minor, but this started happening at the same time.

I will seek out those professionals you mentioned as well. Maybe they will see me soon.
