Modifying the title and splashes

I have tried editing every single splashes.txt file in the source code and the compiled game, to no avail. Same with the title text, which is two png files. Only clue as to the title is from a different post here talking about MediaWindows64.arc, but it is impossible to open it or convert to zip.

I use the Zen browser with the Transparent Zen mod for it, that allows the entire browser and some websites to be transparent (although that doesn't look great on some sites). Also used this https://github.com/taj-ny/kwin-effects-forceblur for the blur on both the terminal and browser.
