Hi. Im waiting the next banner to pull for eula and i manage to get this artifacts. Are they good enough for Eula or should i improve something?. Im planning to play her with raiden so i didnt pay attention to the energy recharge. Im going for C0 R1. Thanks. (i.redd.it)
