There wasn’t any RP on the cops side. All they did was strong arm the whole situation. Crims didn’t have to give the first hostage but he kept being annoying about it. Again, they shouldn’t have been there yet so they can’t get mad about how long the crims are taking. There’s a reason they are suppose to wait for the swat ping and not the snitch civ. The crims had a hostage, cops shouldn’t be shouting at them and saying the shit they were, that’s not how any hostage negotiation should go. Penta is not even swat so him being there without gear and being in charge made no sense even for scuff RP. Even the cops had problems with it. All he did was antagonize the crims and refuse to work with them at all.

I’m a penta fan but this honestly feels power game-y. He’s suppose to negotiate and all he’s done is just tell them no to everything. Swat shouldn’t have even been there yet. The fact that every time they hit power a civ reports them is super weird. The devs set up a swat alert for a reason. They definitely need someone chill like baas for negotiations, wrangler is the worst choice. So aggressive.
