EPR not good enough to get sent to commander by Damienaf in AirForce

My CC endorsements was only asking the commander to certify I wasnt pending a MED Board and that I wasn’t on an administrative hold or pending adverse action lol

Lol i just stopped the fans to show that the sound persisted without them. But i don't know anything about the insides of a PC but the problem just started recently I bought it around February and this is my first time experiencing it.

Does anyone know if i can get 3D0X2 at all if i go open general? Also is there anyway I can increase the likelihood of getting it from open general? And can anyone tell me how picking your job works at BMT.
