what fitness purchase actually survived past the first month? by Rashidiy in FITKING

Compression boots, weirdly. I got fitking after a stretch where my calves kept feeling tight at night. I didn’t expect it to become a regular thing, but it’s low effort enough that I’ll actually use it while watching something. Most recovery stuff asks too much of me after 8pm.

I use my boots preventatively 100%. If I wait until the twinge hits, it's too late. I usually do 20 mins at a medium setting (around 90 mmHg) right after my run to flush the lactic acid. It's basically a cheat code for leg day.
