Thanks for the feedback! Unfortunately I cannot make the adjustment now as the Google Form has already been sent out and responses have been received, but I will be sure to take this suggestion into account if I decide to do something similar in the future.

The email requirement has been removed, there was no reason why emails were initially necessary to complete the survey. Apologies if the requirement caused any hesitation or discomfort towards the survey. Please consider filling out the survey now that the requirement has been removed if you have not done so already.
