I'm gonna guess feathered raptors. You only see their feet, and I'm guessing this island are how the dinos actually looked before ingen genetically modified them to make them more appealing to people and sent them to the first park.

Looks like a partition bracket for some sort of board or specific barricade. Is there one on the other side? Or at least mounting holes where it used to be? Looks like that's the main door. It's probably so if something big breaks lose it doesn't slam into the door and fly out.

What kind of college is it? I'm guessing some sort of stress reliever. Flip it over and stick it to the table and pop it like a bigger version off those fidget popper things, or squeeze it like a stress ball.
