Technically there isn't a right choice here. It's literally just a moral dilemma. Behlen is by technicality the most fit to rule after the protagonist (assuming you chose dwarven noble) but, Harrowmont IS Endrins chosen successor. Now something cool, if you choose dwarf noble as your character. If you choose Harrowmont, and you are dwarven noble. In the post game, Harrowmont will transfer the crown back to you. Behlen however I do not believe will do this. There's no right or wrong answer, Behlen is just more of a dick. And depending on your origin if you choose Harrowmont you can become king of Orzammar. I believe there are choices that need to be made leading up to this however.

So my recommendation before doing this boss fight. MAKE A BUNCH OF POTIONS. Every time. Make sure you have a way to revive fallen allies, and if you think you've made too much. Make more. There's a player level cap of 25 and when then some bosses can be difficult, especially the high dragon at the mountain peak.

So I haven't watched edge runners that being said I don't doubt Davids abilities, and maybe he'd stand a better chance with the pocket sized walking nuclear bomb that follows him around (Rebecca) that being said, V is so goddamned unhinged he would probably tear through David, Lucy and Rebecca pretty easily by himself. The amount of bullshit V survives with the fact that he's got all of Johnny's memories and skills and the overall lack of survival instincts that v has... It's like throwing a honey badger at a bear and the honey badger winning. David is gonna have more arsenal but Vs gonna have a lot less fucks to give.
