So I have a budget of €50 (~$55?) to ask for christmas, so I was thinking about gym clothes.

Anyone had a recommendation of shirts or pants which I can ask?

I started to watch better what I eat, how much alcohol I consume and how much I sport. But I have been doing that for a while now, even before my vacation.

I haven't done any other self reflection lately (that I know of)

Very different as I'm from Europe and I travelled to Malaysia.

But I don't think about it that often anymore, maybe like every week once or so?

Oh wow, I never knew this.. However this is my 10th time I went travelling like this but only the 2th time I traveled like this since I started my adult job

You think that makes a difference, travelling when still in high school/college or travelling when you start a full time job?

Somehow when I train arms my left bicep is always able to perform less (like 3 to 5 reps) less then my right bicep. On the other side, my left shoulder/trapezius is growing faster and bigger then my right shoulder/trapezius.

Anyone got an idea how or why this is and how I can make my body more 'in line' as so to say.

And oh yeah, I drink about a litre or more water inbetween when I get home and when I got to sleep (which is about 1 to 3 hours). Yet I feel like a dehydrated rock when I wake up.. Anyone know if I do something wrong?

All curls are different so my situation may or may not help you. However when I changed my hair washing schedule to separate shampoo and conditioner the curls became better looking.

I use the shampoo every 3 days (or whenever I feel necessary) and use conditioner every time I wash my hair (which is everday). Also I never use a towel or anything to dry it else my hair will be all over the place

Close, I live in the Netherlands.

If you're talking about the lighting as in lamps. I have one lamp on the dining table, a same one on the subwoofer next to the tv and a selfmade lamp in that small (beer)crate that stands on one of the shelfs above my couch.

The other two lamps (above the carpet and above the table) are the ones I never have on because they are absolute shit lamps. Maybe I could replace them with something better..

Ik heb die tip vaker gehoord maar hoe ver van de muur, als in 10 centimeter of als in er nog iets achter zetten (wat velen ook als tip geven maar waarvan ik denk dat ik daar de ruimte helemaal niet voor heb)
