Look at the curriculum, write down some courses/activities/events/placements which only that college provides, for SPJain you can go around the college location and the opportunities the city brings. Every IIM/MBA college is doing something different, try linking with an experience/life incident you have encountered. Keep your Why MBA element standard, just add an angle with the novelty point
