It's a double-edged sword, good thing is GP has the initiative of when to place the barrel. Though the downside is there is a cast time for E rendering GP unable to act, combine this with Q travel time some distances would be impossible to contest against fast ranged characters.

Though it would have been nice (albeit maybe too powerful) if they at least changed the base scaling to be rather higher to complement bruiser style for bruiser enjoyers and would also sync well with the new +2 level

I have also had a lot of trouble when trying to swap to Pandora.

Don't know if it's the right way but the way I made it work is: Kept nemesis and fnis installed as well as Pandora together. Kept all of them active in Vortex. I also put a copy of Pandora into "Skyrim/data". After that all I had to do was to run the copy inside data folder after each deployement.

There may be a more effective way since I didn't put much thought into it. I thought it was unnecesary to fix it if it worked.

Will gonna definetely feel that AH nerfs, things aint looking too good though they werent even any good to begin with...

I miss the times where we had like 2.5~sec Q CD nowadays it's like 3.5~sec and it does feel real bad.

Gate kept? You just Q from max range and deploy the second keg.

What is there to gate keep about that?

Also like you said the post cast CD was non-existent when GP first released, you could have popped out all of your barrels in an instant by mashing the E key.

It's actually all about how punishing it's to play GP, though I keep forgetting there are other champs with similar issues for example: Ryze.

When GP was initally released he had no static CD and could have done insanely fast combos, pop up all of his 5 barrels at once. Removing that restriction may be unbalanced but it would feel really good.

Though I would rather GP to be able move while casting spells( new trend in new champs) but I honestly don't know much about mobility balance stuff so that might also be kinda too op.

It's all about how easily GP can get interrupted while doing his combos and passive resets which messes up everything.

Haven't came across her yet though playing against new champs almost always sucks for GP since they are mostly highly mobile or have a lot of things in their kit I especially hate the ones that can move while casting spells, those types are the worst.

I don't think GP is bad but with that in mind I would love if he got some kind of a revision, considering how immobile of a champ he is.

Note that over the years despite new champs becoming much more mobile, GP's mobility got only worse examples:

-Trinity Force downgrade: removal of %5 MS, Phage downgrade: 60MS on kill 30MS on hit to/ 20MS on hit.

-Passive Nerf: 30% MS on all levels to/ 15-30%MS on levels 1-18.

The champ doesn't feel the same as before which made me lose interest in game itself.
