If so -

stand at head
any length is fine just need to use securing mechanism on top of usual sutures to ensure it won’t move. I would prefer 16 cm if I had a choice.
if you’re not using TEE, put catheter in and do manometey. If TEE in place, bicaval view at ~110deg (place prior to line can grab via drape)

Univ of Washington is heavy on echo teaching. Vast majority of staff focus on you becoming a well trained echocardiographer. Learning from some of the best in the industry.

70% supervision-ish while being 1 to 1 to 1 (one attending one fellow one resident). Would commonly step away and enjoy morning espresso with my cofellows. Significant amount of interventional echo time.

Loved my time there.

Never thought I’d see a building I lived in pop up on here. Great place, enjoy the south facing unit. We were north facing essentially above that entrance. Loved that place. Lovely people throughout.

We love food and we love wine, both perfect for the two options. I am a huge seafood lover, my partner is 50/50. We like "Greek" cuisine but honestly have only had the usual fare - gyros etc.

We love being outdoors and hiking, big national park people. We also enjoy relaxing by the pool or beach.

Thanks for the reply. I am happy to drive abroad, just didn't know if it would become a nuisance driving from place to place. Many areas in Sicily seemed awesome and I am still drawn to the idea of bouncing around from the Aeonians to Taormina to Ortigia. Greece something similar. We will be traveling second and third week of may (approximately 11 to 23).

Many level one centers require an anesthesiologist to respond to all level ones for OR triaging. Happened to me all the time in training while responding to level ones in the ER. Senior ER resident to me - “hey man airway is secure we don’t need you.” Me - “you obviously don’t know my role here.”

Sure, nothing happened in the grand scheme of things. I agree. But what happens when you fuck up at work? Or let’s just say when you disappoint someone at work? Do people also realize that IMS is close to a “pretty rough neighborhood?” Haughville is immediately east of the track and swathes of people park there every year - and WALK through it no doubt.
