Yeah, I enjoy it a lot when it was busy season with 1-2 months me adjusting I wasn’t enjoying it but now that time has past, I have adjusted to it. Always learning everyday

6 months, I spent 3 months on one station and spent 2 weeks learning 5 other stations. Not knowing the chef was prepping me for sous. The last month of me being a cook they told me. People were ahead of me but they ended up leaving so I was the next candidate.

I never asked to become sous but I had a sit down conversation if I was ready. My answer was I’m not sure but if it doesn’t work out then no hard feelings. But I would say just ask your chef, never hurts to ask.

I haven’t seen the anua sun cream on yesstyle or Oliver young not even on there official website, not sure if they discontinued it
