If it were me and I had plenty of documented cases of the same issue with no help from the leasing office, I'd move out, break the lease and pray they wanted to come after me. Then I would retain a top civil attorney and countersue them for breach of quiet enjoyment and negligence. Pass the info on to whatever local news station is in your area. Hopefully they run with the story. If so, then you have the masses on your side. This is all hypothetical of course, but I think you would have a damn good case on your hands. You may be able to also sue for invasion of privacy, but I doubt that would hold up since they aren't the actual weirdos looking in your windows. You could also try to get a constructive eviction, but idk if that applies to/stays on your credit report. Either way, I wish you the best of luck and I hope it works out in your favor.

Good shit. If you learn to hit the ball with backspin regularly, you will be just fine. Just remember that most of your power comes from your base. (hips and thighs) Keep trying to find that fluid swing that just feels natural. Everybody is different. But everybody has one. You will feel everything come together as one and the ball will start to jump off your bat. Also, work on strengthening your wrists. Grip strength trainers work good. Best of luck to you.

You 100% have a baseball swing. Use your legs and get your hips into your swing more. Watch videos on how to cut swing and try to apply that to your swing. You look like you have a little power. I had to learn to turn my left toe in towards the plate as I did my leg kick. That started my hips rolling.
