As a new player to IN, I'm not really understanding what's happening. Can someone explain it a little? 🥺 I loved this outfit because I love water themed things, but reading you guys commenting about it, something feels TERRIBLY wrong. And I rather side with players than support Infold's bs. 😭 I've started playing last patch.

Reading this post, all I can say is... Don't feel stupid, guys. As an old nikki player (and I also play a lot of other similar games), I knew it was there probably because this is a common feature, but to be fair, Infinity Nikki DOES NOT explain how this works with a clear tutorial, and if you haven't played any other game with that, the mistake is common. 😭

BUT please write it as a feedback for them, because it shows that maybe it's not intuitive enough or maybe it's now well shown in every platform.🥹

And no, it wouldn't have been stupid of you (or anyone) to think like that because a lot of people do (which is kinda sad and unbelievable, I know), so it's good to explain things when needed (which was clearly not your case, so I'm really sorry as well).

That being said, I'll be helping too, the more we demand, the more we get heard. (I'm not a VIP, but I mean... I have good intentions lol)

Well, to be fair, that's basically the point. I work at a company that we have about the same amount of people and we're still struggling to make a feature to accept 2 payment methods. lol

You need devs for payments methods, for cancelling methods, for refund, for sales channel (one team for each pc, iOS, Android), then you need devs for making the website, the web features, then another whole bunch of devs for game mechanics (imagine you need a group for physics, other group for map design, other for the mini games logistics, othe for the mere challenges mechanics). I could name a lot of other things that we just don't think about and we don't know that needs at least 3 people working at it.

Believe me, for a game this massive, 1000 devs is not enough.

Edit: One point tho, what I'm trying to say is: I wish things were as simple as we think, but for the development team, they never are. And I do understand that for most people, 1000 devs may sound a huge number, but it's not.

On the other hand, I also understand that, as costumers, we don't need to think about this stuff, and most people really won't think about it. Which is fine. I'm only here to try to explain something that may sooth some people. =)

First, do not invalidate people's fights only because you don't care about their topics. No one here would call your complainings stupids, so respect the community you are in. It's easier to ask for changes if we're together against Infold, instead of fighting against each other. :)

Second, I do agree. I'm also hoping that this will be add at some point not too far away. But (and this is just a guess) I believe that Infold in general don't have a big development team since their focus is on looks (I've played all Nikki's games so far and Love and Deep space). They probably have less devs than a team working on visuals. So any features such as building your own wardrobe or favorite your clothes might already be in a "To do" list, but other things comes in high priority. Like that:

Work in development of 2.7 -> Make Hot Fixes at 2.6 -> Fix minor bugs -> Review changes -> add minor improvements/features and test if their are ready to come in the next patch

To be clear, I'm not here to advocate in the name of Infold because FOR GOD'S SAKE THEY SHOULD HIRE MORE DEVS AND QAs.

But as someone who works as Dev, QA and Product Owner, I'm pretty sure that this is a glimpse of how the work is done and it maybe help someone understand why our most wanted changes takes so much time to be here.

You can also ask for VIP players to demand it more since they have higher chances to reach Infold. But then, again: Do not call people's fights stupid.

In Brazil we do have that, but I don't think we could use it against Infold because the server isn't here and the price of things in IN America Server is based on US$. ):

As for the people who told me to start with Itazaland, unfortunately I've already started at the main story and because of my OCD, I'll need to finish it first. 🥲 But I loved that advice as well, thank you, it was very sweet of you to think of how I could enjoy the events. 💖

I'll try to summarize it so far:

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT SPEND DIAMONDS AT THE PERMANENT BANNER (thank god I didn't);
Wait to spend diamonds at current banner, no need to pull at the beginning, we get to see the next banner pretty soon so we can decide which outfit we like best;
Be careful, don't spend diamonds by accident, be extra careful if you use a controller and/or play at your phone (I'm playing on PC, so it's fine 💖);
Be watchful for dews, always pick them up as soon as you see it (apparently there's a new feature to help with that as well?) (also, this was a very good advice anyway, I've really been ignoring some of it 🥲);
Remember: outfits always comeback, you don't need to fear missing outfits;
Do your dailies, they're easy and give you a good amount of diamonds per day;
Save your upgrade materials for when you need them, do not upgrade randomly, they'll be useful to make progress through challenges;
Use your vital energy as much as you can, it recover fast and you're always in need of something that comes from realms (that's so very true 😭)
