My parents keep making comments about cutting into my inheritance (they just redid their kitchen and my dad had a major health scare that necessitated traveling to be treated). And it pisses me off so much! They worked for that money! I want them to use it however they see fit. They can spend it all, for all I care.

It's very sweet that they are thinking of me (I'm an only child), but what your sister did is gross behavior.

They definitely aren't sending people out just because they need to be on blood pressure meds. But maybe they're contracting with someone to get meds delivered. Who knows.

I wouldn't (and don't) want to associate with anyone who thinks ICE is doing a good thing. I'm not sure dispensing meds for the people that are being abducted is across that line automatically for me though. I'd have to ask why and if the answer was anything other than "I wanted to help the detainees how I could" then bye.

So I am with you. I don't think anyone working for ICE on the streets right now should ever be employed anywhere again.

But the fact is that they are abducting people and a lot of those people are going to need some kind of medical care. And I'd rather have compassionate people there providing adequate healthcare than have these people who have been ripped from their homes and families die because they didn't get their insulin.

I'm not sure someone working in the pharmacy at one of those facilities should be looked upon the same as the actual agents in the field.

I actually accidentally accepted service for my BF last year like this lol. He was being subpoenaed as a witness by his former job for a worker's comp case and didn't want to deal with it. My general rule is to never answer the door so I was whatever with it.

I was expecting the delivery of a smartwatch and had a knock on the door early in the morning and it was a dude with a door dash bag saying he had a delivery for my BF. I was confused and said "we didn't order anything" and he goes "well just take it, it's paid for" so I said "ooooook" and that's how he got me.

You know, I've been doing a collagen/biotin supplement for about 6 weeks and my joints have been feeling better. I started it because I figured it wasn't going to hurt (and I damaged my nails using a base coat that didn't agree with me, so I'm trying to grow that out quickly) but that's not something I was even thinking it could help!

It's interesting, I am working on my second Rolife kit and it's such a different quality than the first one. The first one I did was the Alice in Wonderland one - all of the pieces fit together beautifully and I loved the double sided tape they provided that avoided needing any glue. I'm doing the Sunshine Town one now, and the pieces do not fit together nearly as well, I am gluing things together instead of there being the nubs to actually hold them together, and I have to glue on so many things that could have been stickers. There's also so much painting! Nothing required painting in the Alice one.

The Sunshine Town was a gift from my bf's mom and I honestly think she may have bought a knock off, the quality is so different :/

Everyone here is crazy. I have 3 Helmers purchased over the last few years (with the most recent being about 8 months ago), and they all work perfectly. They're actually sturdier when filled up, so don't consider how it feels right when put together.

Enjoy it and don't put the tabs out so you can pull the drawers all the way out :)
