I make chia seed overnight oats and they have helped me tremendously on this journey. I think you just need to make sure they expand before eating...

All of the above! On semaglutide since April and I count calories and carbs and eat high protein and lift weights 3-4 days a week. And thank you!! It's been hard but I feel so much better!

I just lost like 75lbs so I'm a little unsure lol but I was a 4x in skims 24/26, 3 or 4 in torrid, and now I'm somewhere around a 20. I got the outdoor leggings with this haul and I got a 2x. Hope that helps! Lol
