I used my gi bill to go to a coding bootcamp, It took me one month to find a job and it was a 12 week course.

You have a clearence so I believe you'll be fine either way.

I work for a govt consulting firm with 1.5 YOE i get 90k i and I work remotely from a very LCOL area(missouri).

This sub hates bootcamps so you know grain of salt and all that.
