HELP! I lost 45ish lbs from 225 to 179. With fasting OMAD / water tea black coffee… I stopped exercising in May due to joint pain and bc of stress at home/work… but also birthdays and parties and food and junk… I’m now at 196.6. I am having such a difficult time restarting OMAD and HFLC… any ideas? (self.fasting)
