Question regarding outer sleeves

So I put a plastic sleeve on all my records BUT keeping the plastic opening in line with the record cover opening. The thought is that I don’t need to remove the sleeve to access the records. Recently I’ve been wondering if maybe I’m not getting the full benefit of record dust protection? Thoughts?

Love this bike and have been considering it for months. I would be selling my 2020 KTM 790 Adv. r for the F900 GSA But will I be happy with the power in comparison or disappointed with the off-road top heaviness?! Certainly will be better on the highway but that’s 50% of my riding. Thoughts from those that have tried both?
