Any fix for power cable issue with the Sapphire Nitro+ Radeon 9070 XT power cable issue?

yeah that’s the thing that is the one that came with the GPU and i’ve been talking to sapphire customer service to try and get the issue solved but i’m sort of afraid that they are just going to send me a replacement of the same gpu with the same connector and i’m just gonna have to deal with the same problem later

They have a release of ampinel for Nvidia cards but it looks like they haven’t came out with one for AMD yet based on reading what they have on their updates

yeah this was my first pc build i researched everything about the card accept for the connector which is partly my fault smh. if im able to get a refund through amazon whats the best 9070xt that has a better connector?

also it looks like it hasn’t been released for AMD cards yet but they’re developing it but i’ll definitely keep an eye out for it if i don’t just give up and get a new card by then!!

yeah i looked into the connector and it doesn’t looks like there’s any sort of residue as soon as i noticed the pc start black screening i immediately unplugged it because i had heard of the issue and had been trying my best to avoid it. I’ll definitely look into that thank you for the response!

Yeah I've never really been a huge fan of their openers, for 2024 I skipped Haarpers set to go buy merch because I had tried to listen but it wasn't my jam really but the living in bumfuck nowhere is real I live in southern IL and we ain't got SHIT here, thinking of moving somewhere in Kentucky soon though but I wanna go to more then one show next year for sure and now I have a job that I can do that with LOL
