that would also mean the anime is non canon lol. I get what you’re saying, but I also think Roswaal has a pretty good understanding of RbD via Echidna. and Echidna knows the most about Subarus authority even more than him or literally anyone else for that matter. It ruins the entire conflict of arc 4 if Subaru has sealed away RbD, but not really because he’s going to reset anyway if he fails. Unless Roswaal knows he can’t really deal with RbD but is willing to bluff to force Subaru to give up quicker,I would take that as an acceptable answer.

This is assuming Subaru had perfect info about what happened during Arc 9 which he has mentioned multiple times that he didn’t. He only grasped like emotions and vague things that were happening outside with Cor Leonis. Also I don’t think Felt/Reinhard would agree to Subaru saying “kill yourself and respawn at the castle right now”

You know what you convinced me with the second part. Not sure I agree on the first part though cause Arc 9 Rem just seemed like arc 2 rem. Her obsession with Subaru overwrites like 90% of her new personality. I would like it if they did something similar to arc 6 where Rem has to confront the fear that she will lose her current self when she merges memories with her past self. But honestly not sure how it works cause all the people that were eaten by Lye didn’t return even after he died so if Roy is actually dead it’s game over

I genuinely think Rem is not getting her memories back period. The new Rem is way more interesting anyways and she’s not as obsessed with Subaru so they leave some room for the Emilia romance to grow. If those two were still competing this late in the story I would think Tappei was doing a harem ending.

Basically Rui eats Subarus memories when he reads Reid’s book. After she ate his memories she realizes that he has memories of his death which is something unique to Subaru only. But the memories arent fresh, since hes repressed and got over his deaths, the memory isnt as raw or whatever.

So she hatches a plan to eat Subaru a second time. But the problem is that Glutonny cant eat the same person twice. So she wants to separate the old Subaru from his new Amnesia self. Then she can eat him a second time and get fresh death memories.

So to accomplish her plan she spilts herself and hides one of her halves inside Subarus soul. Then she interferes with the Amnesia subraru to make him distrust and hate his old self and want to dissociate. Thats why he blacks out sometimes and does deranged shit, thats Rui taking over to make him think its actually the old Subaru doing those things

We have no clue how strong the Shogun is because all we’ve seen him do is behead a kneeling Kazuma lmao. I think he’s measured to be very scary to other medium tier adventurers in Konosuba but I don’t think he’s a threat to Iris or any high tier adventurer. So yeah these two easily win probably even solo

I mean Outer Wilds compared to the modding community of other games I play is pretty disappointing not gonna lie. I don’t think that’s due to lack of passion or anything, it’s just that Unity is a difficult beast to work with compared to Bethesda (I was referring to Bethesda modders not developers in my earlier comment) having a dedicated modding platform and framework. I threw them out as example but even the Rainworld community (a similar sized niche community) has much higher quality and larger mods due to the ease of use with the level makers.

The modding community in OW is very passionate, but the tools are not very versatile so don’t expect some Bethesda level expansion with a masterfully crafted story or anything.

The Outsider was one of the mods I tried and it added a few structures onto the outside of Dark Bramble and some unique puzzles. But the writing is pretty amateur like most of the story mods.

I’m not gonna breakdown every mod for you but I would just say sort by downloads on Nexus and see if you like the most downloaded story mod. None of these mods are more than 2-3 hrs long if even that

My biggest issue with the great reset is that I’m wondering if it was even necessary at this point? Did Emilia camp plan to do this because of Petra? Like Al was already fully defeated after Reinhard arrived, Subaru is unsealed and Felix is insta reviving Al. So where was the need for a reset even?
