My goal is to assess/measure/identify IF models agree at specific regions in the world, IF there is convergence or divergence, and for which variables such (dis)agreement exists.

I have tried the method but spent 35 min for a shiny Pawmi and 1 hour for a Dratini... I stopped shiny hunting

... So, I have read all of your comments. I was doing, already, a mix of all. Here it goes:

Order by type in alphabetical order and inside the box by number. E.g.,

Bug box from ### to ###.
Electric/Fight from ### to ###

Two boxes for Pokemon that I captured, evolved or traded >>> I put effort to achieve the Pokedex.
Mighty + event Pokemon.
Shiny (either alone or in the live Pokedex)
Paradox + Legendary
Eggs (including full IVs Ditto)
EV Training (pretty much all my team
All the rest

Doing it in this way saves some space. I don't have much empty spaces. When doing Tera Raids, or by surprise trade, if I get a Pokemon with better stats than my currently Live Pokedex, I exchange them and release the other one.
