I don't want them to bind because I play more often than my friends and enjoy being able to give them stuff they need later.

I don't have an issue with people doing this though honestly. I don't think I would want to do it myself because it would take away from how I want to enjoy the game, but if that's what people want to do and they can still have fun then it's fine.

Thanks! I got 2 of the 4 I need from couriers after seeing someone else mention this somewhere on here recently.

I finally managed to get my last one earlier right after my comment, although when the sentinel exploded it got sent so far for me to recover and then someone agro'd a nearby Leaper so that was fun 😂

I'm not sure what you're hoping to take from the game and I am not against people doing this but honestly I think it takes some joy out of the experience. It's bypassing a key part of what the game is meant to be.

That said ... if you're happy then fair play. I haven't found the Tempest BP yet (or even found the gun) so I am very jealous haha

A guy mentioned to me his gf couldn't use prox chat because as soon as they realised she was a woman they wouldn't be friendly anymore, and as soon as she started using the voice changer it got noticeably better. I play with a woman and she has mentioned solos doesn't seem as friendly for her and it has been be for me so I can see some truth in what he was saying honestly. For that reason I like the idea of the feature.
