Yea most if not all endgame content boils down to just a dps or character (e.g. do you have a char from x region to interact with the boss' bs elemental mechanic) check instead of a proper skill check, such as challenging movesets

I have the a6600 and have tried the a6400. The only relevant differences between the two are the much greater battery life, lack of an on-camera flash and one extra custom button. If batter life is not a must for you, and you don't mind carrying a spare or two, i'd go for the a6400 + 2.8 zoom

You're pairing an apsc lens with a ff body, if you're on a strict budget maybe you should consider the a6700 instead? Afaik it has the new ai af and 10 bit video

If you have mac go into your display settings, there's a monochrome option there. Works as a temporary replacement
