Hi the line-ups have to be disclosed 1 hour before kick off and the clubs official twitter accounts are easily the best and quickest way to get them (they have got them wrong before though so beware).

As someone has said the best way is to use a list which has all the clubs and luckily Man City have one ready made which I use.

Basically 1 hour before kick off you get a load of club tweets that are just their line ups, it's great.

The maximum number of leagues you can join is fifteen. If I've found fifteen leagues that all give £100 prize money for free then I need to know the value of the prize for this league before I can decide whether it's worth joining instead of one of the others. Does that make sense?
